Our Jewelries are "Made to Order" and duo to pandemic we faced some restrictions, which means it will take 20 business days to get ready.

Our items are sent with signed-for express international shipping, with full tracking capability. Your signature will be required upon delivery. If this is inconvenient for you, please let us know before you make your order to arrange a different delivery option. You will be able to know where your item is at every stage of the shipping process.

If the package was damaged or it has anything suspicious about it, please require a report from carrier staff, and contact us.

You need to provide accurate address and contact information. If delivery fails due to lack or incorrect information, we cannot take responsibility for delayed or undelivered items.

Please provide a phone number for the shipping address to facilitate the process and make it faster and easier.

Please note that any taxes applied by authorities in your country is your responsibility and out of our hands.

 

 

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Cancellations

Request a cancellation within 3 hours of purchase.

 

Returns

You can return any item within 7 days after receiving it.

We charge a %10 re-stocking fee for a returned item. Customer pays return shipping costs, plus any possible taxes in our location. Shipping costs are non-refundable

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

If you want to replace your item, you need to pay for return shipping plus shipping the replaced item, plus any possible taxes in our location.

 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
