In this pandemic time we will take precautious actions and sterilize products and everything inside the mailing package. 

Naturally mailing package is not clean, so please open it with caution and disposable gloves, and inside everything is clean.

Also due to sensitivity of gemstones please don't use chemical cleaning materials. If you want to be extra sure, wash them gently with mild water and soup.
